Terms of Service

1. The service

FindMeRealty provides software for Philippine real estate agents and teams: an AI-assisted Messenger responder, lead and pipeline management, property listing tools, deal and commission tracking, and analytics (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

2. Not a brokerage

FindMeRealty is a software provider. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not broker transactions, and we are not a party to any sale between you and a buyer. You remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including PRC licensing rules and DHSUD requirements for the properties you market.

3. AI responses

The AI assistant generates responses from the property information your organization provides. You are responsible for keeping listing data accurate and current. While the Service validates numeric claims against your listing data before sending, you should review conversations and correct any inaccuracies promptly. AI responses are provided as a productivity tool, not as legal, financial, or professional advice.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use the Service only for lawful real estate marketing and sales activity.
• No spam, harassment, or messaging that violates Meta's platform policies.
• No attempt to access another organization's data or to probe or disrupt the Service.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices published on our pricing page. Payments are made directly to us by GCash or bank transfer; you submit the payment reference from your Billing page and we confirm it — your confirmation email is your receipt. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial that ends without charge; your data is kept after it ends. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. 6. Your data

Your organization owns its leads, conversations, listings, and records. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

7. Our commitment not to compete using your data

FindMeRealty's operators also market their own property listings. We recognise that this could place us in competition with you, so we make the following binding commitments about your data:

• We will not use your leads, contacts, conversations, listings, pricing, or performance data to source buyers, generate leads, set prices, or otherwise benefit our own property business.
• We will not contact your buyers or your leads for our own commercial purposes, at any time, including after your subscription ends.
• We will not disclose your data to any other customer, and no other customer can access it — organization-level isolation is enforced by the database, and we verify it with automated tests before onboarding any new customer.
• Our staff access your organization's records only when you ask us for support, when we must investigate a fault affecting your account, or where the law requires it. We do not browse customer data.
• We will not sell, rent, or license your data to anyone.

These commitments survive termination of your subscription and apply to every person working on the Service. If you believe they have been broken, write to support@findmerealty.ph and we will investigate and respond in writing.

8. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the Service depends on third-party platforms (including Meta and cloud providers) and is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost commissions, lost leads, or indirect damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
