Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

1. Email support@findmerealty.ph with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
2. Tell us who you are: the name you used, and — if you messaged a Facebook Page — which page and the approximate date, so we can locate your records.
3. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 15 business days, then send you written confirmation.

What gets deleted

• Your conversation history and Messenger profile identifiers (PSID).
• Lead records and extracted contact details (phone, email, preferences).
• Reservation form submissions and uploaded documents.
• For platform users: your account and profile data.

We may retain records we are legally required to keep (for example, records related to a completed property transaction), and will tell you if any such exception applies to your request.

Facebook data

Deleting your data from FindMeRealty does not delete your Messenger conversation on Facebook itself — that copy is controlled by you and the Page owner inside Facebook. You can also manage the apps and pages connected to your Facebook account in your Facebook settings.
