Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

FindMeRealty (“we,” “us”) operates the platform at findmerealty.ph — an AI-assisted sales and lead-management service for Philippine real estate agents and teams. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it. It applies to platform users (agents, team leads, brokers), property buyers who message connected Facebook Pages, and buyers who submit our reservation forms.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, and role, provided when your organization creates your account.
• Messenger conversations — when a buyer messages a Facebook Page connected to our platform, we receive the message content, the sender's page-scoped ID (PSID), and public profile name via the Facebook Messenger Platform, in order to respond and manage the inquiry.
• Lead and buyer information — contact details, budget range, location preference, and purchase intent, either shared in conversation or entered by an agent.
• Reservation form data — when a buyer completes a reservation information sheet through a secure link, we collect the details and documents they submit for that transaction.
• Usage data — response times and activity metrics used to provide analytics to your team.
• Payment data — subscriptions are made directly to us by GCash or bank transfer; we store the payment reference you submit. They collect your payment details directly; we receive only your name, email, and transaction/subscription identifiers — never your full card number.

3. How we use data

• To respond to property inquiries, including automated responses by our AI assistant (“Maya”).
• To help agents manage leads, follow-ups, reservations, and commissions.
• To provide performance analytics to the organization that owns the data.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use buyer conversations to train AI models. Automated responses are generated solely from the property information provided by the responsible organization.

4. Sharing and processors

Data is shared only with the organization (agency/brokerage) responsible for your inquiry, and with the service providers we use to run the platform: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI response generation), Meta Platforms (Messenger delivery, and advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel on our public pages — see section 5), and Resend (email delivery). Each organization's data is isolated — no other agency on the platform can access it.

5. Cookies & analytics

On our public marketing pages (home, pricing, sign-up and subscribe) we use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms. It sets cookies and records page views and a few actions — such as starting a free trial or a subscription — and sends them to Meta so we can measure how our Facebook ads perform, understand how visitors use the site, and show relevant ads to people who have visited. We share the event and the plan value of a subscription — never your password or payment details.

The Pixel runs only on these public pages — never inside the logged-in app, and never on buyers' Messenger conversations, reservation forms, or any agency's lead data. It is not essential to the service: you can opt out using your browser's cookie or tracking settings (or a tracking-blocker extension), and you can control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook ad preferences. Meta's handling of the data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

6. Retention and security

We retain data for as long as the account or the related transaction requires, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Data is protected with encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and database-level isolation between organizations.

7. Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. See our Data Deletion instructions or email support@findmerealty.ph. We respond within 15 business days.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email.
